By accessing veloglo.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We sell phosphorescent tire valve caps. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices at any time before you place an order. All prices are in US dollars.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; by ordering, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including taxes and shipping. We may cancel orders suspected of fraud.

We ship within the United States, typically within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $25. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We accept returns on unused product in its original condition. To start a return, contact us at support@veloglo.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

VeloGlo caps fit standard Schrader valves and are designed not to affect tire pressure when properly installed. Install hand-tight and check periodically. You are responsible for ensuring proper fit and for compliance with local vehicle regulations.

Products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Except where prohibited, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloGlo and Diversified Automotive Solutions are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
