Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

• Standard: 2–5 business days. $4.99, or free on orders over $25.
• Express: 1–2 business days. $12.99.

We currently ship within the United States only. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

We accept returns on unused product in its original condition. To start a return, email us at support@veloglo.com with your order number.

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
• Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund. No return shipping required.
